Returns 

The satisfaction of our customers is at the heart of why we do what we do,  by ensuring you receive the best quality products and service we can deliver. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your product you can return it to us in its original condition, for a refund or an exchange. 

The product you return must be in new, unused, and unworn condition with all the original packaging and garment tags still attached. We do not accept any item with any indication that it was used. In such cases, the item will be returned to the purchaser.

Unsuitable items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of our dispatch date. You must include the original receipt that we sent out with your parcel. If you do not include the original receipt, your return is unlikely to be accepted.

Please note that postal costs for returned goods are the customer’s responsibility and will be reimbursed by us only in the case of damaged, faulty or incorrectly supplied goods.

Exchange

In the case of an exchange, please remember to state clearly, the item you require in an email to hello@evamoso.com. Should the required piece be unavailable and provided the item is in its original unworn condition and returned with the original packaging within 7 days of notifying us, a refund will be issued. We cover postage for all exchanges, so you will not be charged extra.

Evamoso will only exchange an item for the same item in a different size, subject to availability. 


Proof of postage 

We recommend that items be returned to us via a recorded delivery service to make sure they get back to us in one piece. We recommend that you get proof of postage. Should your returned item not arrive back with us, you will need Proof of Postage in order for you to make a claim for the missing item with Royal Mail. Although we will try our best to help you locate your missing return, Evamoso reserves the right not to issue a refund if the returned item does not reach us.

Non-UK returns

Customers outside the UK will need to make their own returns arrangements through any postal carrier. The buyer is responsible for the cost of returning any items, and Evamoso is not responsible for any returns lost or damaged in the post.
